“Where’s The Wine?! – Part 3”

How long does it take you to reach out and ask for help?

If you’ve been hanging with me and riding with Off the Record Lifestyle Blog for a while, then you know I have made a very good friend in a nice glass of wine. Give me a glass, some good food, and some genuine vibes and ya girl is good to go!

October 2020 I wrote a post titled “Where’s The Wine?!” That was when I first launched Off the Record and was experiencing some technical difficulties. Or should I just say some difficulties in general — I couldn’t get the website to act right, I couldn’t figure out how to personalize my blog posts and make them look fun, I couldn’t figure out how to get the Subscribe Now feature to work, I couldn’t figure out the best way to notify my subscribers of a new post… I mean, the list of the “WTFs?!” from back then can go on and on! But! I didn’t let that stop me from following through with this dream I had, and I didn’t let that stop me from creating this space to be vulnerable, relatable, and motivational. (I hope that this post is another reminder for you to never give up even when things that are supposed to make life easier (like technology lol) actually make it more difficult!)

Part 2 of Where’s The Wine?! was published in March 2021. That’s when I shared some hopefully helpful tips for future mothers-to-be. Obviously, future mothers-to-be who are currently pregnant cannot indulge in a glass of wine, but the wine reference was to share how I cope and relax when things get frustrating. I also featured a counseling service called Ray of Hope Counseling in that blog post. It’s okay if we need to reach out to others for help. Sometimes help comes in various forms and at different times!

When I can’t figure out how to do something, I sometimes need to take a step back, sip a glass of wine, and regroup my thoughts!

Where’s The Wine?! – Part 2

So, have I ever actually found the wine?! Lol, I always have it, but yet am always searching for it when times get a little frustrating. One thing I hate about wanting a glass is when I have ran out of wine at home and have to leave the store to go get some more! Lol! And how about whenever you’re hosting an event and the bar runs out of your favorite bubbly or a guest drinks the last cold one from the fridge?? We all want the party to keep going, but yet no one wants to leave the festivities to go to the store to get more! What if I told you that there is actually a cute, elegant company right here in the Atlanta area that is the answer to all of those problems?!

I just came across this super cute and innovative company called Tippy Tap Co.! Tippy Tap was established in 2019 by Alicia Wallace and it is a mobile bar that will fit just about any special occasion. I mean, c’mon! A bar that will travel to you, provide beer and alcohol from local retailers, and make sure you have awesome servers with all hands on deck?! I wish I thought of that sooner because that’s just pure genius!

I know that when I find myself asking “where’s the wine?!” again, I am going to contact Tippy Tap Co. so that I can have a good time enjoying this awesome mobile bar service in Atlanta. Shoot, I might even have them deliver that vintage charm to one of my monthly wine down Wednesdays! How cute would that be?! Tippy Tap travels to your event location and offers an unforgettable experience to your guests. It has six taps ready to dispense your choice (mix & match) of beer, wine, champagne, custom cocktail, cold drinks, iced-coffee, kombucha, and even more! I would encourage you to take a piece of advice out of my book and don’t make life harder on yourself! Take advantage of these adorable services the next time you’re planning an event and let them supply that oh so good wine!
